I have several problems with mass operations such as exporting products.

or when I update prestashop with backup of photos.
without the backup it works correctly

Tengo varios problemas con operaciones  masivas como exportar los productos.

Por ejemplo para exportar productos

o cuando  le doy actualizar prestashop con backup de las fotos
sin el backup funciona correctamente

los parametros del cpanel en principio voy sobrado mis datos son

You can change the PHP timeout limit with the set_time_limit() command. You can also ask your hosting provider.

Is this error occurs all time.  Is your server shared or dedicated. Normally shared server has some limitation in php value change. You can contact hosting provider they may help you..

they sais  it cant be : We have already increased the time-out value to the maximum possible.

This issue could be from the application's side rather than being related to the server-side components.

In application end it need to be synchronize the request so the time out never happen. Big file made problem. Script need to run log time and PrestaShop session time out may be a issue.
