Dear Members,

I'd want to ask for some help regarding to this problem:
We'we downloaded this version of PrestaShop 1.7.8.2, with the basic design template, and till now everything was working. But now an error has occured. We have'nt modified anything on it, we haven't installed anything in plus, and suddenly the registered users could not login into our website. The webside wrote this:
Authentification failed. Sometimes someone can login into the website randomly, but if he is logged in, then he can't buy anything. The products can't be put into the cart. And if after that someone clicks on anything, a white blank page appeares, which says that a fatal error occured. Afther these, anything can be done on the webpage, the website does not load either, it does just in case if he deletes the cookies.What should I do now, how this problem could be fixed, because there are registered users and products on this website.
