jonamacg83
Hi guys Looking for some technical help if possible please. We run Prestashop 1.6.1.20, and today installed the Prestashop Checkout module: https://www.prestashop.com/en/prestashop-checkout We went to add this, and it refreshed the 'modules' page and simply now says 'Invalid classname.' on a plain white screen whenever you click on the modules page - so not able to change anything. Bit stuck! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
SmartDataSoft
Hello, Is your module is PrestaShop 1.6.1.20 compatible did you check before install. Secondly, check that page at the time of order or directly. Thank you
jonamacg83
Hello Thanks for your response. The module claims to be compatible with versions from 1.6.1 and since we are 1.6.1.2 that should be OK. I am not sure I follow your second question/point? Thanks Jonny
SmartDataSoft
I am asking did you try to directly access the url or the page you visit from front end after check out and their steps following. thanks
jonamacg83
Understood - it was all through the backoffice. I managed to delte the module through my FTP and that cured it, reinstalled it through backoffice and it threw up the same error - on the 3rd attempt it installed, but then hangs when I try to configure it. SmartDataSoft
You can contact with the module developer if possible. Thank you
jonamacg83
I think that is probably best as I have sorted out the initial problem - thank you
PrestaHeroes USA
We have nice contract to remove ps checkout. It was our first client using it and they had non reprouceable checkout issues. We do not recommend using the ps checkout at this time.
