jugesh5555 Posted July 23, 2021 Share Posted July 23, 2021 Hi Team, Pls. help me...my website www.c-lite.co.in was taking only 1GB web space everything was very fine, but suddenly PRESTASHOP is asking approx. 26GB to activate the website...can you pls. help me whats wrong with prestashop or my web hosting service provider...I dont know how to solve this issue.... SmartDataSoft Posted July 23, 2021 Share Posted July 23, 2021 Hello, Is your site size become 26GB, not understand the message, PrestaShop asking means. you try to install new PrestaShop or currently install PrestaShop take this size. If your existing shop, then check their is any log file generate in your site which become big size 2. Clear the cache from back end. 3. Optimise the database table and clear the unused table data like ps_connection, etc do not drop table just clear this table data and back up before doing.
