Backend: Diese Seite funktioniert nicht DRINGEND

Hallo Zusammen

Habe ein dringendes Problem. Ich kann nicht auf das Backend meines Prestashops zugreifen. Die Prestashop Version 1.7.5.1 ist in Betrieb. Zum Glück funktioniert das Frontend, jedoch müsste ich demnächst neue Produkte hochladen und bestehende bearbeiten.

Habt ihr Ideen? Danke vielmals im Voraus

Besten Dank für deine Antwort.

Nein, dies ist keine leere Seite. Wenn ich unter define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); auf true setze erscheint der oben erwähnte Fehler, jedoch funktioniert das Backend dann einwandfrei.

Ja das habe ich (siehe Screenshot). Ebenfalls den define PS_MODE_DEV auf true gesetzt

Wenn du den PS_MODE_DEV auf true setzt, machst du das das selbe, als wenn du im Backend den Debug Modus aktivierst.

Dann erscheint kein Fehler sondern der Fehler wird dir in Worten ausgegeben.

Er hat ein Problem mit Google analytics Datei. Wenn du also ein Modul dafür installiert hast, das mal deaktivieren. Und den Cache löschen da dort auch einiges von Smarty steht. (Cache löschen kann nie schaden)

Dann mal gucken ob das Thema damit schon erledigt ist, also ob das Modul Probleme gemacht hat.

Hatte ein Kunde von mir auch kürzlich - haben dann das Google Analytics Modul deaktivert, das löst das Problem. Evtl. die Entwickler mal kontaktieren falls das Modul benötigt wird. Evtl reicht es schon die Position hookProductFooter zu entfernen, habe ich aber nicht getestet

Habe den Cache gelöscht - nun funktioniert sowohl die Seite als auch das Backend, jedoch nur wenn der Debug Modus aktiv ist. Schon Mal beruhigend

Hast du auch /var/cache gelöscht oder nur übers Backend - wenns nur im Debug Modus funktioniert ist das meist die Lösung

Ich finde kein Google Analytics Modul im Backend... Habe die Module durchsucht + die Positionen. Nur Google Sitemap ist standardmässig da.

Suche mal nach der Datei - vermutlich in /modules/ganalytics - aber wenn das Problem durch Löschen des Caches behoben ist brauchst du da ja nix mehr machen

Lösung:

1. config / defines.inc.php -> define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); umschreiben in -> define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);

2. Ins Backend einloggen

3. Cache löschen

4. var / cache Ordner löschen

5. config / defines.inc.php -> define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); umschreiben in -> define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false);

6. Im Inkognitomodus die Seite testen und anschliessend prüfen ob Login ins Backend möglich ist
