I cant access my prestashop 1.7 back office , it gives me the error 404 message

Help please, I used prestashop 1.7 for my clients online store and have been managing it for close to a year with no issues but 2 days ago after editing some products and logging out, i came back later and couldnt log in again via the back office, it gave me a 404 error. i left it and tried again later but still same thing. I checked my admin folder through the cpanel and found out it was empty.

anyone have an idea what to do as my client is on my neck to update and check reports for the store.

Very odd, might have been hacked. Just reupload the admin folder's contents, they should be the same unless you had customized some pages.
