Ok, I found this bug report reported for Prestashop 1.5.0.17 (fixed Jan 2013). Anyway, let's see if it makes the difference http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-6407

I'm not sure how to approach this issue, but as far as I understand the CODE is missing from the voucher created by the Follow Up -module. We're using 1.5.3.1 version of the Prestashop and just started to take the follow up module in use, and luckily tried out the mail that had only one customer as receiver:)

Has anyone solved the issue regarding pics not showing up with IE Browser? It's horrible how much stupid issues the latest prestashop release has...

I would also like to know if anyone has solved this, as it seems that IE10 and Safari (when using iPhone or iPad) has this issue especially. I'm not able to reproduce the issue with Chrome or Firefox.

Hi, Awesome! This is great starting point, but as you stated there are some issues, here's couple of them: *You cannot anymore remove the green tick from the message from the customer (=> Fatal Error) - minor issue, but still *As you stated it doubles the messages that are in both tables *It collects ALL the message with that customer, not just the ones related to that order BUT it's still huge improvement compared to the removed functionality that Prestashop team has done.
