Arthur007
Have you tried updating each of them individually? I have a similar problem. just do not update modules. and tried individually and together. Top Menu to configure a module can not be turned off without him. If I turn it off then turn it no longer can. Edited April 9, 2014 by Arthur007 (see edit history)
tuk66
I think this "Update it!" button (for one module) can be quite dangerous. Who knows what it will do? Imagine that all module files will be removed and new ones uploaded. What about changes done by the module? What about translations? I vote for a change to disable this feature individually.
