  1. The reason behind the TXT version is to provide an alternate reading style to some email clients. Some customer may not receive HTML content, and with the security of the TXT file, you at least know your content is being shown.
  2. Unfortunately not yet. Let me know if you get any leads on this.
  3. to eliminate pagination safely... simply increase your products shown per page to more than the products you have. Preferences -> Products.
  4. Perfect! Thanks for the update guys. For those of you looking to remove the "tax excl." suffix, simply remove it from modules/dashtrends/dashtrends.php
  5. Hello again, I get a few phone orders which I process over Virtual Terminal with Paypal. However, by time I enter it into the backfire it's often a day later... Is there a way to back date a manual order, or correct the date of an order?
  6. Oh my gosh, this is brilliant! Thank you!! Will someone post on here when they update the module with the fix?
  7. Hey all! I have having a major issue. When I upgraded my Dashboard Trends module all the dashboard trends now change to 0.00(tax excluded). However it still shows the number of orders and visitors. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn't work. Please help!. (Please see attached photo to see what I'm talking about...)
  8. Hi, I am trying to add the customers company in the The same way you did with the customer group... how do I do this?
  9. Hello Vekia, I am trying to add a "Company" field on my orders tab in back office. This way I can see what orders are company from which company. Also is there a way to simply have a company page where you can see what money each company has spent? Thanks!
  10. Hi all!, I am running into some type of a bug. We are running a Memorial Day sale where we are giving free continental USA shipping for the weekend. I set up a Cart rule with a discount code and restricted the carrier option only to our Standard US Shipping rate. For some reason though, when you view the your cart, under carriers, it shows the word "free" instead of the price without even entering the discount code. This could potentially be very confusing to some of our users, because they will think that Free Shipping is automatically added when really, they have to type in the code first to get free shipping. I have attached some screenshots of the bug for your viewing. Would love some speedy help on this. Thank you so much!
