  1. This did not work for my, not sure why. But yes this a Softacuolus error, just not sure how to fix it.
  2. Sorry for the delayed response, but I ended up doing that site on a manual install. However, I'm doing another one and seeing the same issue. I'm not sure if I fully understood your instructions, but I went to the front office and waited for it to fully load, then I typed in the backoffice and it still didn't work,
  3. Every time I try to log into the back office it accepts my password and says it is redirecting to the dashboard, but it just shows the log in page again. Only way I can get in is by turning debug mode on. I have done everything I can think of (clearing all cache and cookies etc) Any Ideas
  4. I'm developing a site for a client and they are using the supply order system under the advanced stock management. They created a sample supply order with a line item discount. The end price is correct, but the Total, discount, and Total after discount are not working correctly. Anyone else seen this issue? Prestashop 1.6.1.6 http://www.clipular.com/c/4845789225943040.png?k=Q1EitA_gR6Najj1-5vxvVag0BzQ
  5. If I disable the BlockWishlist module it solves the issue....I would like to keep the module, any ideas on how to fix it?
  6. Sorry for the slow reply, been a busy week. That did give me more info. I haven't had a chance to decipher it yet I'm guessing it might have something to do with the Wishlist Module? 7. When I go to customers using the drop-down menu and then click on a customer name to view all the customer details, like address, phone number, etc. I get a non-formatted page. The data comes through, but all the CSS and graphical stuff is gone. All the BO "stuff" is gone. At the bottom of the page it says "Fatal error" but I can't find where the broken link is. I even updated my shop from 1.6.0.9 to 1.6.0.14 to see if running the upgrade would fix the issue, and it didn't. Anyone have any ideas what is going on? or which file(s) I should be looking for to fix it. I'm not an advanced developer, so I don't completely understand how all the files in Prestashop work, so I'm lost. Here's an image of what I see when viewing customer details: http://www.clipular.com/c/4901106216861696.png?k=KKyfCEmY6zu17bXEIZiFNdWNUQ0
  8. Humm....I turned it back on so you could see it. What if you go to another page and then return to the first one. Does it still work?
  9. Ya, I could probably do that, I will just have to wait until tonight, when my traffic settles down, we are running a sale right now. My site is precutapplique.com Here is the specifice product that I've been working on, but it is doing it on all products. http://precutapplique.com/bom-s/70-pumpkin-patch-lane-bom-by-the-quilt-company.html
  10. I have not tried to use the default theme as this is a live site. I would have to mirror it on a development system.
  11. I'm using 1.6.0.9 and a custom theme (leothemes). When I turn on the Smarty cache under advanced Parameters/Performance, Thickbox and JqZoom don't work. When you click on the main image nothing happens. When you click on a secondary/thumbnail image, it goes to the image url. If I clear the cache it works properly the first time, then after new caches are created and you return to the page, it no longer works. Any ideas?
  12. Sorry, I guess that info would have been helpful. I'm using Version 1.5.6.2, and I am using a custom theme. (Theme PRS040079). However, I get the same results whether using the custom theme or the default theme. As for Zones, I have zone "North America" Active. Under Countries I have "United States" active and set as follows: Country * Country name ISO code * Two -- or three -- letter ISO code (e.g. U.S. for United States). Official list here . Call prefix * International call prefix, (e.g. 1 for United States) Default currency Default store currency Dollar Zone Africa Asia Central America/Antilla Europe Europe (out E.U) North America Oceania South America Geographical region Need zip/postal code Zip/post code format * Zip Code format (L for a letter, N for a number and C for the ISO code). For example, NNNNN for the United States. No verification if undefined. Address format firstname lastnamecompanyaddress1 address2city, State:name postcodeCountry:namephonephone_mobile Required fields for the address (click for more details) Customer Warehouse Country State Address Use the last registered format Use the default format Use my current modified format Clear format This will restore the default address format for this country. Address Standardization Active Display this country to your customers (the selected country will always be displayed in the Back Office) Contains following states Yes No Do you need a tax identification number? Yes No Display tax label (e.g. "Tax incl.") Yes No * Required field Then under "States" I have all 50 States active and set to country "United States" and zone "North America" All of these are defaults settings. I really haven't changed anything.
  13. When I set up Carriers, whether I set my own, or use a module like "USPS Module" I get the following error at check out "No carriers available." I have truncated (reset) all of the tables in my database related to carriers several times (as suggested by other forum posts) and still no go. When I use the USPS module it makes a connection to USPS servers and everything runs okay. Also, if I use the 5 step checkout and turn on the Shipping Estimate Module, all my carriers show up in the checkout process to compare ONLY. When you continue on to select a shipping meathod, I still get the same error. I'm not much of a programer, but I understand the basics. I just can't figure out why it is not recognizing my carriers on check out. Any ideas?
  14. I tested 1.6 RC this morning, and was not able to log in to the back office. Front office was still up and running, however. I'm not so good on the programing side, so I had to restore the entire server backup to get the back office up and running in version 1.5.6.2.
