  1. I recently changed the Customer ID for four customers on the database, also the id on their orders on the database so they appear in the backoffice. Everything is running fine, but when I enter to the Customers Tab and click on those specific clients, it doesn't return any information (email, id, registration date, messages, etc.). I think I'm missing a change in the database, but been looking everywhere for it and can't find it. Can anyone help with this problem? I'm currently running PrestaShop™ 1.4.11.0. Thanks! Julio P.S. Sorry if this isn't the right place to place this topic.
  2. For me it started to work fine after I upgraded to 1.4.11. Att. Julio
  3. Hi, have you tried turning on the Force Compile and off the Cache, then refreshing (F5) the store? Have you tried uninstalling the Cart Block Module and then installing it again? If that won't work, you can always turn off Ajax in the Cart Module. This worked for me for some time until I upgraded to version 1.4.11 which corrected an error I had with the Cart Block Module.
  4. I tried what you suggested but it came back as an error 404. att. Julio
  5. Well, I don't have a backup of the updated version, but I do have one of the previous version (1.4.8.0). Inside the Shop domain I have www.kemcofood.net (also on the SSL domain). Inside the base URI I have: / btw, thanks for your reply. Att. Julio
  6. I just found out that when I turn off the Friendly URL setting in the backoffice the problem disappears, but still I keep to wonder why won't it work when turned on. I asked my hosting provider to see if the mod_rewrite is enabled so i could see if that was the problem, but they told me that it is by default enabled on their server. Then I compared the settings with my other two webpages and in both of them the Friendly URL is on, so now I'm really lost in why does the www.kemcofood.net page fails when opening the log in section. Could it be the .htaccess?
  7. Could it be a conflict in the themes folder? I'm really confused by this. I don't understand why does it work on IE and Safari, but not on Chrome or Mozilla...
  8. Hi, I'm having trouble with the login section of my website. Instead of the normal page you're supposed to get, all I'm getting is the code of the page preceded by this: 0<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN"> <html><head> <title>302 Found</title> </head><body> <h1>Found</h1> <p>The document has moved <a href="http://www.kemcofood.net/es/autenticacion?back=my-account">here</a>.</p> <p>Additionally, a 302 Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.</p> </body></html> HTTP/1.1 200 OK Date: Sun, 30 Jun 2013 17:22:27 GMT Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8 Content-Length: 34862 Connection: keep-alive Server: Apache/2 X-Powered-By: PHP/5.3.13 P3P: CP="IDC DSP COR CURa ADMa OUR IND PHY ONL COM STA" Vary: Host I get this error when using Chrome and Mozilla, but not with Safari or IE. Still, I can't leave the website like that. I tried regenerating the robots file and refreshing the page, but nothing happens. I've tried looking for information on google, and nothing. I'm really frustrated right now, since I've been trying to update for quite some time now, and when I finally manage to do it, I get this error. Also, when I did the update, I got an error with the modules and marketing tab, which I found out that it was the paypal module. I corrected this error, so I don't think that's related to the issue of the Error 302. I think I'm going to restore the website to the backup version I have. Please, any help would be very much appreciated. P. S. Website: www.kemcofood.net Prestashop version: 1.4.8.0 Updated to: 1.5.4.1
  9. Hi! I've solved my problem thanks to Gregory Roussac from forge.prestashop.com. He gave me the link to where the problem has been corrected by him. I wanted to share it just in case anyone is having the same problems. https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop-1.4/commit/1d0d59845b5f9cb9333a89e60523ab41df076d89#L0L103 I happily mark this case as solved. Nice day! Att. Julio
  10. Hi elpatron, Could you post what you did to see if I can do the same and resolve my problem with Safari? The exact same thing has been happening to me. I've been thinking how to fix it, but haven't found a way. thanks! Att. Julio
  11. I'm having the same Problem, but using the iPads. And its definitely the safari browser, because I tried with Chrome and it works great. been trying to figure it out, but haven't been lucky. Att. Julio
  12. Hi prestashopians, Does anyone knows of a solution to products disappearing from cart when trying to make an order using Safari on an iPad? Its the only problem its giving me. At some point, when I'm adding a product, the cart sort of deletes the products, then I add two more and adds the products that it deleted. There are times when it adds the deleted products but doesn't add some of them (its very weird). This doesn't happen on my PC (IE, Chrome, etc.) I think it has to do only with Safari, because I tried Chrome for iPad and this doesn't happen, but I can't use Chrome because of a printing limitation I have. I also want to try what benoit bonfils says here: http://forge.prestas...owse/PSCFV-3411, but I really don't know where to set the "set the cookie time to 0 (unlimited time)". Also, in the error log in my domains' control panel I found the following: 20130104T134930: www.dulcesonline.com/index.php PHP Warning: htmlentities(): Invalid multibyte sequence in argument in /hermes/bosoraweb055/b919/myd.ucmeinc/public_html/webservice3/classes/Tools.php on line 516 PHP Warning: htmlentities(): Invalid multibyte sequence in argument in /hermes/bosoraweb055/b919/myd.ucmeinc/public_html/webservice3/classes/Tools.php on line 516 PHP Warning: htmlentities(): Invalid multibyte sequence in argument in /hermes/bosoraweb055/b919/myd.ucmeinc/public_html/webservice3/classes/Tools.php on line 516 PHP Warning: htmlen 20130104T135538: www.dulcesonline.com/category.php PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /hermes/bosoraweb055/b919/myd.ucmeinc/public_html/webservice3/modules/blocklayered/blocklayered.php on line 2374 PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /hermes/bosoraweb055/b919/myd.ucmeinc/public_html/webservice3/modules/blocklayered/blocklayered.php on line 2823 PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /hermes/bosoraweb055/b919/myd.ucmeinc/public_html/webservice3/modules/blocklayered/blocklayered.php on line 2833 Btw, this is happening with all my three sites. In two of them I'm running Prestashop 1.4.7.0 and with the other 1.4.8.2 (I've been resolving some problems with my host so I can update the domains...). I'll appreciate any help! Att. Julio
  13. Hi, I'm also trying the same thing, but I want to add the reference number to the "out of stock" mail alert . Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Att. Julio
  14. Yes. I carefully changed the editorial.tpl file under the matrice theme folder and then turned on Force Compile and off Cache. Then refreshed the store page. Att. Julio
