So I had a dozen messages, but they disappeared as soon as I clicked on one of them. Where are the stored? It says I have a number of 37 messages, but I don't know where to find them. Thank you!

Hi Community, Please clarify on the Block newsletter module. once we had notifications in green rectangle appeared after a verification email had been sent: But now it's not shown on the top of the page. Also the red one doesn't appear any more. It was shown well previously, after an email denial: Strange, I checked code differences, can't find the reason why. Also conf of the module. Now the messages are present only in the input on the bottom of page: Could someone advice how to return the messages in green/red rectangles? PS v. 1.6.0.14

Hello, In Admin under Modules, Notifications there is PayPal Upgrade. I click on upgrade now my entire site has disappeared both Admin and Store. There is no errors recorded in cPanel. Both Admin and Store is just a blank page. How can I revert back from the upgrade or is there a fix? PrestaShop 1.7.3 PayPal Module: PayPal & Braintree Official Module. Compatibility: v1.4.01 - v1.7.4.0 Version: 4.4.0 (6/12/2018) Thought I would try... Downloading the files from the add ons page then uploaded them via FTP, this did not work Thank You -
When I click on "add" for a product, a popup tell me the product has been added and then when I click continue, all buttons "add" disappear. I have to refresh the page to see them. I'm working on 1.7.3.3

Hi all, I've recently came across with a surprisingly weird problem. After some days the cart rules defined in the admin panel disappear like if someone had deleted them. The end date is set to 2014 and no one has access no this section except me. Can't find the solution. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi, I've noticed an odd bug in the default theme of Prestashop. I've tried in Firefox and Chrome on Windows 8.1 and both show the same behaviour. You can see this bug in action on the official demo for Prestashop: Go to http://demo.prestashop.com/en/?view=front Click on a category, for instance 'Women' (as there's a few example products in that category). Hover over some of the products with your mouse - a box should surround each product as you move over, with the product returning to its normal state as you move off. Now click on 'List' view. After the screen finishes redrawing, click 'Grid' view again. Now hover over the products once more. As you do, the Add to Cart and More buttons disappear from each product when you move your cursor away. Does anyone know how to fix this please? Thanks, Chris -
Hello, In preference-->product I have set Number of days for which the product is considered 'new' = 1 But when I add new product there's no label on the product image. It seems like in product-list.tpl the code about product conditions disappeared :/ I've searched also in global.css but nothing about "new" or "sold". Where should I look for? How can I solve it? Have I to add somithing in some .tlp file? Thanks -
Combination causes reference # to disappear

Hello everyone, I have encountered the following issue. When creating a new product combination the reference number disappears from the product page. It doesn't make a difference whether I specify the same reference number for each combination and/or just for the main product. I appreciate any help I can get. Thanks for reading! -

This is bizarre, I upload my products, upload the combinations, everything is fine. 2 hours later on the front office the products price has gone to 0 and the product is no longer available. In the back office, i check the product and my combinations are no longer there, I havent changed anything, its doing it on its own. Ive reuploaded the combinations and they are ok for a bit and then they disappear again. Has anybody else experienced this or anything similar and how I can I fix it? Thankyou community! -
Left column on the index page has disappear!!! How can solve??? I have checked theme configuration and is enable.....

When I choose the Comments tab and then go back to the Description tab, the description is gone. It comes back when I refresh the browser. Happens in all my browsers. Here's the catch...It only happens on some of the products. Here is one: http://griffineffects.com/store/byo-projects/179-analog-octave-down-pcb.html All the other tabs don't affect it. Just the Comments tab. Can someone try it out and make sure I'm not crazy! -
I was in the middle of adding a new product to my website when I went back to the front end of my website and noticed ALL items that were already in my catalog are missing! What can I do about this? They show up in the backend/backoffice but are not showing up on the actual website. -
Hey All, I downloaded PrestaShop 1.5.3.1, no customization done. When I installed my template, no images were showing. Problem: No images showing in products. So I found another discussion saying that one shouldchenge the name in preferences-images to short_mynewtemplate, medium_mynewtemplate etc. So basicly some of them came back, but in thickbox_... category_... and m_scene... I cant add the name of my new template. I simply get the message: The field name is too long (16 chars max). I use prestashop 1.5.3.1 and my theme is Tendance Mode whish should be ok and compatible with 1.5.3. I am a copletly beginning, so I hope there is a solution that won´t require too much. Thanks a lot for helping! Bernie

Hello all, I am using v1.5.3.1 with theme "v2.4-elation-liquid" When I clicked "Update" button for an existing address. All fields becomes empty. The original data disappear. Therefore, customers can not change their address easily. I have captured a picture to show this problem. Please see the attachment. Really need help. Thank you so much. -
Hello, the "Add to Cart" button suddenly disappeared from only a few items of the catalog after I set a discount on them. They have the same available quantities as other products. They have a price reduction too. But the button is missing. I suspect the issue to be with the them? Maybe there is not enough space in the box? Hi prestashopians, Does anyone knows of a solution to products disappearing from cart when trying to make an order using Safari on an iPad? Its the only problem its giving me. At some point, when I'm adding a product, the cart sort of deletes the products, then I add two more and adds the products that it deleted. There are times when it adds the deleted products but doesn't add some of them (its very weird). This doesn't happen on my PC (IE, Chrome, etc.) I think it has to do only with Safari, because I tried Chrome for iPad and this doesn't happen, but I can't use Chrome because of a printing limitation I have. I also want to try what benoit bonfils says here: http://forge.prestas...owse/PSCFV-3411, but I really don't know where to set the "set the cookie time to 0 (unlimited time)". Hi everybody, I am wondering if someone can help me. I have a websop: www.electromax.nl We are trying out some new stuff, but now the categories block is acting pretty strange. If I click on the first 13 categories, the block strangely disapperas: When I click on a product or the last category (Accessoires) the block functions properly. Any ideas on how to fix this? Hi, I’m having an issue with the Ajax cart on my store. The problem came about because when it was enabled, an item would be added to the side cart fine, but when viewing the main cart page, if I attempted to add, subtract or delete an item on that page, I got the following error: Technical Error: Unable to save update quantity Details: Error Thrown: [Object XMLHttpRequest] Test Status: parsererror If I attempted to delete the item from the side cart while in this view, I got the same error, then the item disappeared from the side cart, but remained in the main cart page. Upon refreshing the page, the item had gone, I made sure there was nothing in the SSL domain box in the BackOfficeàSEO & URL area. Then, I found this thread: http://www.prestasho...rt/page__st__20 and tried the last solution on the 2nd page (In file /themes/prestashop/js/cart-summary.js in line 30 after $(document).ready(function() { add the lines: set baseDir = 'http://domain.pl/dir/'; Where 'http://domain.pl/dir/' is base url of your store This seems to work with my Ajax cart re-enabled but then, whenever viewing the main cart page (with products in or not), all the categories and subcategories have disappeared! (see attached screenshot ) When my Ajax cart is disabled, all the categories return. I also have dynamic links enabled, when disabled, again all the categories return. I built my site on my computer using Wampserver, both the above problems only showed once the website was uploaded to my host, and I get these issues regardless of whether I use my own theme or the default Prestashop theme. I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Cart block v1.2, the Categories block v2.0 and the Quick Search block v1.0, but no change. I can only assume problems are happening due to an issue with the Ajax cart but I haven’t a clue where to start! If anyone would like to look at the problem first hand, just let me know and I’ll enable it and send the link! Hope someone can help me!

hi forum... This in my problem... I create a category called accessories and create two products (which are also on the home page). But to enter this category and at the time the sample is no longer displayed, but the homepage shows if .... http://www.lahuaca.com/ecom_144/9-accesorios-complementos Now delete the category and re-created and remains the same. Someone knows why ?--.. Thanks
