Countries (worldwide shipping)

Hello,
I'm trying to setup a new Shop and I'm struggling with country settings. We ship worldwide. I've seen a list of all countries enabled in geolocations, but it looks like this has nothing to do with the available countries...?
Do I really need to import every single country one by one in "Localization"?? And if so, where is the list of imported countries where I can edit (or remove) them?
