Why is there a shipping method shown in the checkout if someone buys a virtual product only? There is no step to select the desired carrier, and the edit button next to "shipping method" has no function. And of course, there is no shipping for a virtual product. How can I get rid of this? Thanx for this link. Unfortunately, in my case this did not solve the problem; values in database are ok. But it looks like the issue has to do something with orders. As far as I could retrace, the customer which do NOT endup on error 500 page did never place an order. I endup on error 500 page if I try to edit a customer who did already place an order. Also it is not related to imported customer; the issue is also for customers who did create their account running PS 1.7.6.0 / 1.7.6.1 Further, I also end up on error 500 page if I try to set the order state to "payment accepted".

Similar issue here. I did just check database. - id_currency reads either 1 or 2; no empty record nor value "0" ( I use EUR and USD) - all conversion rates are either set to 1 or the the real conversion rate (for USD). No empty records. Nevertheless I endup with error 500 when trying to edit most customers. But it looks like I can edit customers who did NOT place an order yet, and all the customers which I cannot edit already have placed an order. I have this issue also for recently new added customers who did create their account running PS 1.7.6.0 / 1.7.6.1 I also endup with error 500 if I try to set the order state to "payment accepted". Other order states work fine. May be there is another field which causes this issue?

Hello, If I like to edit a customer, allmost all customers endup on the error 500 page. However, I found one customer which opens correctly in the customer edit window. For debuging I have then edited directly in the database next customer (which ends up on error 500 page), using exactly the same values for all fields (except the ID) in order to check if the issue is caused by some illegal values. This also includes the associated address. But it does not solve the issue. I have now 2 identically customers in the database: one I can edit, the other ends on error 500 ....(respectively on attached page if Debug Mode is on).....?? I already spent a whole week to investigate this terrible issue, I have deleted cache, I have deleted /var/cache/prod, I have deleted & rebuild htaccess, I have set server max_vars to 9999, I have set max_execution time to 18000, .......???? "Legal Compliance" ist nicht Bestandteil der 1.7.6.x installation, das muss man separat installieren. Du kannst es direkt hier im Post von Wuschel als zip herunterladen.

Hallo Wuschel, danke, dass Du Dir soviel Zeit nimmst. Könntest Du mir einen Screenshot vom Slider machen, wie der bei Dir aussieht? Die Kommentartexte sind aus dem alten Shop importiert; da gab es einige Probleme mit den Umlauten. Offensichtlich ist da immer noch etwas faul. Danke für den Hinweis. Jedes Land interpretiert die neue Datenschutzverordnung anders, und jedes Land erlässt seine eigenen Gesetze diesbezüglich. Deshalb gibt es wohl im Addons Shop auch unterschiedliche Pakete für jedes Land. Wir in Spanien sind z.B. verpflichtet, in jedem Email und jeder Rechnung eine Datenschutzerklärung im Footer aufzuführen. Das habe ich von Onlineshops in anderen Ländern, z.B. auch Amazon, noch nie gesehen. Bei uns steckt eine Firma dahinter, die die ganze Dakumentation für den Datenschutz erstellt und kontrolliert. Das ps_legalcompliance würde ich mir aber trotzdem mal ansehen, wenn ich wüsste, wo es das gibt (Im Addons shop zumindest nicht unter diesem namen) LG, Lukas

Hallo Wuschel, Kannst Du mir kurz sagen, wo Du noch "Sie" gesehen hast? Der Shop entspricht Spanischem Gesetz. Dabke für die Blumen Von was für Sprechblasen sprichst Du? Im Slider ist nur englischer Text, da gibt es keine Umlaute. LG Lukas

Habe ich wohl tatsächlich übersehen ... sorry. Und wenn die Einstellung auf "both" steht (Default Einstellung), dann bekommt der Kunde 2 Mails ...?

Danke für den Tip. Ich glaube, ich habe die Templates gefunden: /mails/de /mails/en /mails/es Die Struktur von PS 1.7 ist schon das reinste Chaos!! Wenn dass aber nun die Texte/Templates sind, die PS für das Versenden benutzt, sind diese im html Editor innert eines halben Tages übersetzt (über die Translate Funktion im Backend zu übersetzten ist so gut wie unmöglich, da der TinyMCE editor so seine Tücken hat und man ja nach jedem Speichern mindesten eine Minute warten muss) !!! Die Texte für das Frontend sind übrigens 14 Files (/app/Resources/translations/Shop......) Das war in weniger als einem Tag anzupassen. Bleibt noch die Frage wie PS entscheidet, ob das Mail als html oder text versendet wird?? Übersetzungen gibt es für beides, eine entsprechende Einstellung habe ich nicht ausfindig machen können.

Schlussendlich war ich in der Lage, die Übersetzungen zu korrigieren, indem ich die Files in /app/Resources/translations/ angepasst habe. Das habe ich auch für die Dateien "EmailsBody..." und "EmailsSubject..." gemacht. Wenn ich dann die Mailvorlagen aber im Admin => International => Translation anschaue, stehen da wieder die alten PS DefaultTexte drin (grösstenteils auch gar nicht übersetzt). Und ich kann hier für die Bodytexte wählen ob ich die Theme oder Core Texte angezeigt haben möchte. Im Theme gibt es aber gar keine Emailtexte, trotzdem werden mir welche angezeigt (die sich wiederum von den Core Texten unterscheiden) ...?? Die Texte, die mir im Admin => International => Translation angezegt werden kann ich nirgendswo finden. Weder in der Datenbank noch in irgend einem File. Wo zum Geier speichert Prestaschrott diese Übersetzungen??? Und noch viel wichtiger: Welche werden schlussendlich für die versendeten Emails genutzt?

Ich habe mir mal die Datei /translations/sf-de-DE.zip runtergeladen, einen Teil editiert, neu gezippt und wieder hochgeladen. Leider werden aber diese Änderungen ignoriert, auch wenn der Cache gelöscht wurde ...? Wo zum Geier nimmt den PS die Übersetzungen her?
