Wampserver Link to database cannot be established

Hi,

I need a little help. I try to install prestashop to local computer, I tried to use wampserver. I took these instructions:

Both ways finished when I go to http://localhost and start installation. It is writting Link to database cannot be established.

What's wrong? Thank you all

I try to use XAMPP and it works fine, don't know where is problem with Wampserver :-(, If you have idea, let me know. But it is not necessary now, I can use XAMPP.
