Is it possible to downgrade from 1.1 final to 1.0 final?

Hello.

I have tried to upgrade from 1.0 to 1.1 but something went wrong.
Categories don't show up. Images don't show up, etc.
When I did the upgrade everything seemed to be ok, but in the end when running the install procedure in the 3rd step it took a lot of time, so I had to click the back button, and then when I pressed again the next button I get an error that says that the version 1.1.0.5 is already installed.
Is there any possibility to do a downgrade from 1.1 to the previous version 1.0?

I have a backup. But it was made after the 1.1.0.5 version installed.
Is there a way to make it work in 1.0 version?
At least a way to import categories and products, because that part is ok in the db.
