jstillings1 Posted October 13, 2018 Share Posted October 13, 2018 If you are entering username and password and it just keeps asking for them over and over then the problem lies in your PHP set up which is a rough subject at the moment with me. If you are on cpanel whm and have other things like wordpress and such running you can not run prestashop on the same server at this very second till Cpanel /whm fixes a bug with PHP -fpm that is related to cpanel easy apache 4 and the multi INI stuff. Its really technical but basically if your seeing the log in over and over. You can ask cpanel to get on the ball and thats about it. It is not a prestashop issue.
