I already contacted my host and the problem is not on their end. Attached you can find a screenshot of the error upon trying to log in. Is this a general issue? Some issues to access the BO can be solved by manually deleting the file config/xml/country_module_list.xml , for example via ftp. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
jetway Posted October 9, 2018 Share Posted October 9, 2018 (edited) I advise everybody to disable all connections to Prestashop. This shows how unprofessional everything is. There is no need for prestashop to connect to every shop on every sign in and take down all backends because they are incapable of maintaining a stable infrastructure. PS: Oh and one more thing, i am sure prestashop doesn't even know that their service is not working. If you're lucky it might be up again tomorrow, now thats only if somebody comes across it by accident.
