Backoffice-Orders-New Message to customer. How change language?

Backoffice-Orders, select latest order and click New Message to send an email to customer. How do we change language of this email to be send?

Anyone? I am having issues with this too. On the default test order by Jon Doe, the PS system selects a French language template, even with French language disabled. I can't pick an EN language template, just French.

How can I change this? And on what criteria does the PS engine chose which template language it "offers" me in the BO?

Help would be much appreciated.

I think the language is decided by order.
In ps_orders table, there is filed is_lang. this filed indicate which language to use for sending order related emails

and this id_lang is lanugae used when customer placed the order.

thank you for your help! So this is based on the browser language of the user? Because my PS is running in mono-language, only English, so it should be impossible for users to have any other language displayed.

No it is based on your website setting. But user is able to switch to other language if you have installed the language block module, plus you have installed multiple language.

if your PS only has one language, then all user can only see your site in that language I think.
