Can't LOGIN on Firefox and Chrome after upgrade to Prestashop 1.7.4.2, but IE WORKS

Hi,

 

After a successfull upgrade from prestashop 1.7.1 to 1.7.4.2 i can't login anymore using my favorite web browser (chrome and firefox). When i try, after press login, the login page come again

 

I already try to activate DEBUG MODE, clear prestashop cache, clear navigator cookies and cache.

 

I find a only way, i use Internet Explorer without any problem !!

Browser cache from Chrome and FF also deleted and retried ?

You can also try "incognito mode" for FF and Chrome. If it works, it is indeed something related to cookies or cache

Hi,

Now even in IE, can't login anymore.

 

I can login only on non ADMIN user... only on "smaller" user

Restoring previous database and html don't affect too  No error on apache GRRRRR!

Do you have the infamous "Prestashop admin login loop"? When you Google you will find many entries on it but I hadn't seen it reported yet for 1.7.

What happens with this loop is that you are redirected to the login page. You can see this when you watch the messages: when you have the wrong password you get a message for that but when you have the right password there is not such a message.

If you study all those articles you will find that there is no common solution. What helped with one person didn't work with another.
