[Solved] Probleme with order's status with paypal sandbox ?

Hello

I am testing the paypal module 1.7.1 with sandbox.
I made 3 orders and they are always in status: in wait of the payment by PayPal (may be my poor translation of the french sentence : En attente du paiement par PayPal)

This orders are not in status "accepted Payment"

Is it normal to have always this status ?

My Prestashop version is 1.3.3

The status in English is "Awaiting PayPal payment".
This error happens in case your sandbox Paypal account does not have enough existing fund to pay and linked to bank transfer. Or you have transferred money to sabdnox account but it still on hold.

If this is the only issue, usually it should be OK to switch to use real Paypal account.

Just for your reference, there are some issue on Paypal 1.7 if you are using multiple currency.

I found a friend who has a paypal account.
And it work's as you guessed.

If you are getting this error.

 

"Unfortunately, an error occurred during the transaction.
Please double-check your credit card details and try again. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us anytime."

 

To solve this is issue just simple solution is there if error is related to this.

 

I was getting error when i pay from paypal. Order is generated to admin with "Awaiting paypal payment".

 

For this status there are some setting here

 

Just go to order->statues. 

 

Edit statues for which you are getting error.

 

Click checkbox for  "Consider the associated order as validated." and save.

Enjoy what?  Confused and pissed off customers that saw an order that didn't go through when, in fact, it did?

 

 

I'm on 1.6.1 and this problem is still here from 4.5 years ago???

 

How in the world are people using Prestashop if PayPal isn't working?

Hi, i use prestashop 1.6.0.9 and paypal 3.10.8

In sandbox mode i see "awaiting paypal payment."

I maie thia test because after 17june paypal will update all security policies. If in sandbox modeni receive this status all will work fine?
