kirvad
Hello everybody, with my friend since Wed, after the update(to 1.6.1.18) the shop is no longer available (FE and BE), error 500. The result of the exeption log is the problem with the template. Has anyone had that or how to solve the problem? thanks error.txt 20180411_exception.log Edited April 14, 2018 by kirvad (see edit history)
NemoPS
From what version and to what version did you upgrade? Off the top of my head I'd say you were using 1.5, upgraded to 1.6+ and the theme now has another name. If so, you need to change it in the database, to default-bootstrap for 1.6 and classic for 1.7. The table should be ps_shop
kirvad
@NemoPS, thanks but in the table prstshp_shop i have no information about templates. i can reach backend now, and select another template. But it will be not better. Edited April 14, 2018 by kirvad (see edit history)

selectshop.at
@kirvadPlease avoid double posts. Your problem is already in answering here: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/713691-declaration-of-adminlogincontrollercoreviewaccess-must-be-compatible-with-admincontrollercore/?do=findComment&comment=2783457 Check the writing/reading permissions. If you made an upgrade from PS 1.5. so you cannot use the same theme with PS 1.6. or PS 1.7. Perhaps theme is not available, like vekia already told. Or you are having reading/writing permissions. Check on database: In PS 1.6. in ps_theme table you should have these entries: - name: default-bootstrap and directory: default-bootstrap. In PS 1.7. in ps_shop table you should have these entries: - theme-name: classic.
