Help required "System and permissions" issue

This is my first Installation using Prestashop. Don't know much about PHP and E-commerce. I was following Installation document and try to setup on my own. I'm stuck now with second step.

Keep saying "System and permissions" If I say "NEXT" not doing anything. I believe I have set permission to required folder but not sure If I did correctly to database stuff. My current webhost support Apache ver. 2.2.8 (Unix) PHP version 5.2.* MySQL ver. 5.0.45-community.

Please advice If I'm missing anything ?

You will need to chmod the permission of folders to 777. This can be done by FTPing to your webhost server, right click on the folder and click properties.

Write permissions on folders (do not apply recursively/to subfolders):
/config
/upload
/download
/tools/smarty/compile

Write permissions on folders and subfolders/recursively:
/img
/mails
/modules
/themes/default/lang
/translations

I have attached a screenshot for you. You will just need to tick all the boxes.
