Black and White theme - changing info in the shopping cart?

I am using the Black and White theme and I cannot seem to locate where I change the information that displays to the right of the shopping cart during the checkout process.

Please help!

Are you talking about the shopping cart summary page?
or talking about shopping cart block that appears on right top corner by default?

for the shopping cart summary page (Big one) : ./themes/YourTheme/shopping-cart.tpl
for shopping cart block(small one) : ./modules/blockcart/blockcart.tpl
