PrestaShop 1.7.3.0 and Xampp , can't login to backoffice

Hello

I am trying to login to backoffice, but the system always return to login page without any error message.

Installation details

Windows 7-64

Prestashop 1.7.3

XAMPP for Windows 5.6.34

Localhost

 

I have re-install everything, tried in 3 other pc's (Clean install) and always stuck in the login page.

System logs are clean

 

Any suggestion?

 

This is very weird, especially as everything is clean install?

 

Any other member running a test shop 1.7.3 in localhost and running? If yes with what xampp version?

Hi,

Try to login using private browser. If you are using windows 10 then try on microsoft edge browser.

I face this issue in past because of dynamic ip from ISP, I solved using private browser login and then in back-office>Advance Parameters=>Administration=> Check the cookie's IP address Set to NO.

Also enable debug mode to see any error message to find issue.
