bellini13 Posted March 26, 2018 Share Posted March 26, 2018 sorry there is not nearly enough information to tell you how to fix this problem. you basically just said my car won't start, tell me how to fix it. did you install any custom modules or perhaps a custom theme? 1&1 hosting and Prestashop generally do not mix well, but its too early to say that is the problem. a 500 error is a general "something went wrong" error, but you need to either enable debug mode or start searching through your servers error log to locate what the underlying issue is Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
