When a new customer visit the site add items to the basket and wanna order as guest: - fill name and email - next step when need to add address, the system shows the last address someone else ordered with! Edit: It is seems to happen only in Firefox (I'm trying from Mac Os), it is possible? Have you write some code? Have you overidden some script? Last thing... Are you admin of your shop, so that (maybe) you was trying to register a test account while you was logged as admin from another browser, on the same computer, or in the same local network?
