Error 500 - internal Server Error showing a blank page

Hi

These morning when i went to my site : http://www.plushhogas.com/ i get an error 500 showing a blank page

I have re-upload the index page but site dont work.

I also lost access to backoffice.

I went check log error and i get the following error:

Please i need help from you guys since i dont know what more can i do !
