[Solved] Matching a supplier reference to specific combination of attributes?

Hi

I am slowly getting to grips with building my PS, however, stumbled across a problem of matching a suppliers reference code to a specific combination of attributes.

In the "add or modify an attribute" screen there is a box marked "reference" can this be used to add the supplier reference? for that combination?

I don't understand. There should be a "Supplier Reference" field there. Why don't you use it?
