Don't pass the login page

 I tried to "import" a localization pack and it take me to the login on the admin page now i can´t do anything! help?

My first question would be whether you have the infamous Admin login loop. Google on "Prestashop login loop" and you will find lots of posts about it.

What happens with the login loop is that your login happens correctly (there is no error message) but then you are redirected back to the login page. You can notice it by providing a correct and an incorrect password and seeing the difference.
