SpyrosT
Make sure that all your carriers are enabled and that you have selected the zone/s each carrier ships to.

rocky
You shouldn't need multiple default carriers. Just create multiple carriers and put them in the zones you want them to appear in, then if the customer's selected address is in a zone with multiple carriers, they will all be displayed on the "Shipping" step when checking out. The customer can use the radio buttons to choose a carrier.
shinychen
" Just create multiple carriers and put them in the zones you want them to appear in, then if the customer’s selected address is in a zone with multiple carriers, they will all be displayed on the “Shipping” step when checking out. "The multiple carriers I have are enabled for zone US and Default customer group, but are not all displayed on the "Shipping" step when checking out.
