The Dutch Airsoft Sh Posted January 2, 2018 Share Posted January 2, 2018 We upgraded 1/2 December to a new version of presta shop 1.6.1.17 and now we get a lot of problems in the back end of the shop , Do more people have that problem? Imadges dissapear from the website , some users can not change the quantity of a product. The turn over is still vieuwed from last year on every selection some modules doe not react any more on the website And some more problems ... So we bought a help module but still can not contact an helpdesk of presta shop , did any one have the same problems ? Or did someone fix this problem himselve? Happy to hear from you ... ecommerce16 Posted January 3, 2018 Share Posted January 3, 2018 This can be due to a lot of things but the main mistake what sometimes is forgotten after an upgrade is to put the overrides on NO again (see image) https://www.screencast.com/t/yymdDTbyoPYo Also you have to empty cache etc. If this isnt helpfull i would be happy to have a look with you with teamviewer. bellini13 Posted January 3, 2018 Share Posted January 3, 2018 Other issues could be caused by your theme and/or third party modules you have installed that would need to be updated.
