rocky Posted August 3, 2010 Share Posted August 3, 2010 Products don't have a length, width or height in PrestaShop. The best you can do is add them as features, in which case you can use whatever unit you like. Of course, PrestaShop's shipping feature will ignore them. I have set up all lengths, width etc as features and these are all working. But for a same product when i check the USPS module quotation at my site, and for the same product at my shop at ebay, the price has a large difference.I am thinking that it is due to widths, lengths and heights, but i dont know how USPS module is taking lengths etc and in which units?If you have any idea please share with me.Thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
