Can't edit CMS pages

hi i have installed prestashop 1.6.1.11. Now i wanted to edit the CMS content, but if i go to "edit" the page content field is uneditable.

please can someone help me??

Can you take a screenshot to clarify? Does your user have enough rights to edit cms pages?

Hi Laura,

maybe you can try updating PS to the last version (1.6.1.17).

Are you using an antivirus program? I know that Kaspersky had some issues with PS ajax files.

Hello Laura. 

I had a similar issue yesterday. I found a misconfiguration on language ISO codes. I setup mx instead "es". You can find more information in this post:
