Many times when I change the cover image on a product, the setting will get saved but the effect will never take place on the thumbnail of the product. The only way I've figured it out is deleting all the images and re-uploading them. How do I fix this? musicmaster Posted February 19, 2018 Share Posted February 19, 2018 (edited) You can use Prestools to change the cover image. Make the image editable and click then on "edit" in the image field. It is not a real solution but it certainly is better than re-installing the images.
