Glenda
Hi, I need help. I am new to Prestashop and need help solving HTTP/HTTPS issues. I bought an expensive theme, and contacted the developer several times concerning unsecured issues/missing modules, or expectation of what theme had offered. My reply back is no knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS issues with the theme, and to contact my hosting server. I followed instructions given. My hosting server cleared ad confirmed there is no HTTPS/SSL issues on their end. I am still have major issues and cannot get my shop up and running. I I hired a web developer and he has put in over 8 hours and still is unable to resolve me issues. Is this normal? Is it normal for Prestashop to have these issues? Will someone please help me? razaro
Hi Glenda Welcome to the forum but sorry to hear about your experience. Insecure/mixed content issue is one thing and not providing all modules and features for theme is other. HTTP/HTTPS issue could be from lot of reasons, so it would be best to share (by PM also) if you want. Some could be easily fixed and some would require tracking code. For not providing module and features as advertise you could ask for refund. But you mention expectation of what theme offer. Most of themes have demo data so you could make exact demo copy of the theme. Share some info and hope you will find solution.
bellini13
Could you provide some examples of pages from your store where it has mixed content warnings?
Simonas Invertus
From the description is hard to understand there the problem actually comes. It can be the issue in theme, or in third party modules that have nothing to do with theme.
Glenda
Hi, thank you for reply, I have someone looking into for me. It is definitely a third party theme issue. I'm on the right track now and don't feel so lost. Each day is getting better.
