[solved] Internal links have the NOFOLLOW attribute, how to fix this issue

Hi, my seo tool found this issue:

Some internal links have the NOFOLLOW attribute, I checked, and the developer of the theme told me that even the prestashop default one has the same. 
Many of them come from the cart link like:

or order

is it a problem for SEO?

I use a PS 1.6.1.17

No, thats no problem for SEO.

I think that you really not want that google will index the carts and orders!

So is it just an alert because the seo tool not recognize the cart link... maybe, isn't it?
