Can't access to the shop for double https://https://

Hi guys, can someone give me an hand because I have set something wrong today in the seo panel and now I can't acess to the shop anymore.

The url of my shop: https//www.la-sigaretta-elettronica.com

but each time I try to access to the site, it come on the urls bar a double https wrote in this way https://https://www.la-sigaretta-elettronica.com and don't let me reach the site.

I remember that I have also setted something in the Backend - Seo & Urls - index when was working.

Please some one know what file to change or what to do?

Hello,

You have probably updated the shop domain property recently. Go to Preferences > SEO & URLS > scroll down to the section SET SHOP URL . 

Edit the property Shop domain and SSL domain : Remove the protocol from the value: Example use www.la-sigaretta-elettronica.com.

@Pedepot thanks for the tip. Infact also that I had chaged. The real problem is that my site now is not reachable in any way, so I can't access to the site but I can move me only by ftp.

Do you know what file I have to modify to resolve this?

you should still be able to access the back office, since it does not use the .htaccess file for rewrites.

 

if not, then you likely have a different issue

 

 

 

after that, delete the .htaccess file so it can be re-created with the correct information.
