swissairdeluxe Posted June 25, 2017 Share Posted June 25, 2017 Hallo All, i use Prestashop 1.6.1.12 and have an issue with the ShippingCosts. The ShippingCosts incorrectly include the price of the items in the basket and I do not have a clue why. In order to find the reason, I deleted all carriers and setup a new one. Next I applied 1 CHF for all regions to make it simple. The price of the product in the basket is 20 CHF. Instead of showing ShippingCost of 1 CHF, it calculates 21 CHF When I have 2 products (2 x 20 CHF = 40 CHF), the ShippingCosts are 41 CHF and so on... The handling cost are excluded and i put that value to 0.Hence this can not be the reason. Attached you find the screenshots. Hope that you can help me.
