Turn off list view (Not in categorie search)

Is there a second place to remove Grid/List view OTHER than themes->"Your Theme"->products-list.tpl

 

I turn it off there and it stops the actual Category listing but not this page...

The list view looks horrible and unreadable and the maker of the Module said it is the fault of my Theme, so just want to turn off the "List view" on their modules output as no-one can help fix the actual problem.

I think it should be theme design issue - the layout collapse - theme developer should be able to fix the issues unless it is caused by other 3rd party modules.

 

If you really want to disable list view, I think you can try to hide the view selection portion from the theme file and set default view to grid view.
