Trouble adding more or other combinations

Having an issue adding additional combinations to an item. I noticed an attribute needed another choice. So I added the choice on the attribute. I returned to my already saved item with combinations. I attempted to add the new choice. I clicked generate and nothing happened. Tried this several times. 

 

Secondly, I'm encountering the same issue when I try and add an item with more than one attribute. I select the attributes, I click generate... and nothing happens. Nothing is generated below. 

 

Am I missing something? 

 

What I have noticed is that I can create a new item and add multiple attributes and the missing choices I couldn't to an existing item. Odd that I can't add choices of an attribute or more attributes to an existing one. 

 

The issue seems to be with all items. Because I just went back into the item I successfully added with the extra choices to it. I attempted to add "additional" attributes or choices and it didn't add. 

 

So the issue seems to be in adding anything extra to an item already made.

Have you tried to remove existing combinations and try to redo from beginning again for the items that you are facing issue?
