Max file upload problem

Hello.

 

I wanted to share a 3mb file in the forum, but upload says my file is too big.

 

As you can see in screenshot, it also says that I can upload up to 97.23Mb and max single file size 16Mb

Is anything wrong with my account?

I've tried to do modifications on your profile to fix the issue, it seems that it's not working. I'm reporting the issue to the webmarketing team. In my mind, it's not a new issue (I mean it's not due to the new website). Unfortunately, few members have this kind of issue too and there is nothing wrong with your account in my opinion.

My forum account is old (4 years) and I had some problems to restore password some weeks ago in the new website. I wonder if this can be the reason.

 

I'll use a workaround while waiting. Thank you very much!
