marketyellow3
I have been trying to find a module or a topic that helps me change the behaviour of "Pack of existing products" function, so that all the underlying products of the pack are added individually in the cart. I have been searching for quite a time now but all the modules or topics i have found so far don't mention this function. Do you guys have any idea how to achieve this? Cheers, Peter Verberne
shokinro
What is the purpose of "Pack"? If every product can add separately, why you need to make them as a "Pack"? I think "Pack" in PrestaShop usually means the products in the same pack must be purchased together.
marketyellow3
It makes it much easier on our end to maintain our stocks, and we think it is more customer friendly to use this format. If there is someway to make the product show up individually in the cart, looking like as if they were added like a normal product, this would be enough. Other sellers do it also this way, but to our knowledge we are the only seller that uses prestashop.
shokinro
If only displaying in shopping cart, then it might be possible bu some customisation, but the pack will have to be added as a whole or delete as a whole. You only need to modify/override shopping cart page.
