Hello,

Many community members and gurus have mentioned that we (merchants) should refrain from using earlier 1.7 versions since there are much work that needs to take place to make it market-ready.

My question is... Is it time to move from v1.6.x to v1.7.1.1????

Please answer why you responded the way you did. Thank you for your help.

It is not about Paypal only, this version is designed to be a transition version between 1.6 and 1.8

So to be clear : DO you want to be a beta tester or a marchant using a stable and working tool ?... if you feel like e-commerce is a lab to test hybrid technologies then go for 1.7 NOW !

It seems PrestaShop 1.7 is absolutely bad for SEO

That is because each product variant generates a product URL !

Same product = tons of URLs !!

In PS team opinion that is not a bug: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/BOOM-2737

Cannot believe this being real
