Eworks.sk Posted April 18, 2017 Share Posted April 18, 2017 We are facing strange problem on PrestaShop 1.6.1.4. Some orders are randomly switched to "canceled" status without any activity of admin or clients. The name of admin is also missing in the log. This happens aproximately to one of 400 orders, so it is very hard to test this. What is realy strange, this somethimes happens in middle of the night, when there are no admins in backend or clients on the page, no cron script is running etc... Any ideas what is happening here?
