mallrat
Hi there I have a new site that has been running for a few days now and the stats dashboard is showing zero on all statistics. I have searched the forums and have only found old fixes for much earlier versions of Prestashop. I have reset the modules that relate to the dashboard stats, but no luck. Prestashop Version - 1.6.11 Data mining for statistics is enabled and in the footer I hope someone can help. Thank you.
mallrat
Hi Is anyone able to help with this? It is very important to get this working. The forecast graphic is working OK, but not the stats dashboard graphic. Thank you.
mallrat
Also, the 'traffic' panel is not registering any visits...
mallrat
UPDATE!... I just noticed that the stats dashboard is running exactly one month behind! Todays date is 12 March 2017, but the latest stats it is showing is from 12 Feb 2017. I think this must be the route of the problem. shokinro
make sure you are not running "Demo Mode". there is a switch on top right corner of admin dashboard page.
mallrat
Hi shokinro Thanks your your reply. No, it is not in Demo Mode. As you can see in the screenshot, the 'Forecast' is logging data OK. The Dashboard graphic is still showing 0 on all stats and the newest stats date is exactly one month behind. Also for some reason the dashboard relocated to the bottom after I reset the module. I checked that the server is running the right date by uploading the following php file, and the date was correct <?phpecho "Today is " . date("Y/m/d") . "<br>";echo "Today is " . date("l");?> Edited March 12, 2017 by mallrat (see edit history)
mallrat
Finally got it solved. Click on 'Modules and Services' Then search for 'Stats Dashboard' module Click on 'Configure' Then you can set the date range here So simple when you know how!

asapho
Old post, but just noting for future ref. that it should be up top on the dashboard too. Cheers!
