blazedani Posted March 9, 2017 Share Posted March 9, 2017 Hi, After installing a free theme for Prestashop 1.6 I'm experiencing different problems. Many modules are messed up. PayPal: When a client pays with paypal the order is not created in the backoffice. Credit Card: When paying with CC not order is created also. It is very confusing... I don´t understand what is going on.I reset, Unistalled & reinstalled the modules without any success. I had to disable all this modules for now.Anyone knows how can I solve this problem? shokinro Posted March 12, 2017 Share Posted March 12, 2017 (edited) Almost all themes have its own modules included,some of them have override classes and override modules. It will depend on the quality of theme, you may try to uninstall the theme to see if it fixes your issues. otherwise you may need contact the theme developer to help or consider to reinstall your store or restore your store from a back up.
