No access at BO

After installing the new PS and reloaded back up I can not access the FO nor the BO

 

as other topic I deleted the cache file / class_index.php but without result

 

You have other ideas?

 

Use ps 1.6.11

Can you be more specific? "cannot access" is a very generic description. We need to know what you see on your screen.

I enter a user name and password, but I'm not access the BO, the FO gives error 505
