Thing is I ham still deciding between two URLs for my site but when I go to download the theme it says I have to give the final url. If I download it under one url but then change my mind about which domain I am going to use am I going to be able to change it? But I suggest you contact Addons marketplace platform support team (see below) maybe contact the developer for this question. Guess I won't get any replies today so might just risk it and download it under the domain I'm most likely to use. Got a couple of days off so want to crack on!
