kfripont Posted January 27, 2017 Share Posted January 27, 2017 (edited) Hello We have a problem with the shipping costs. We only have 1 carrier with a standard shipping cost of €9 incl. tax. With a number of products it is no problem and the shipping cost stays €9. But with others the shipping cost multiplies. We just want the shipping cost to stay at €9, regardless of the number of products. The website is http://www.laoliva.be . Does anybody have an idea what the cause could be? Thanks in advance! shokinro Posted January 28, 2017 Share Posted January 28, 2017 Is you shipping fee based on total price or product weight? (it is configured at sipping carrier). If you want the shipping to be fixed value, then make sure you have set price range or weight range for the shipping fee is big enough when you add many products it will still stay in the same range. This is a range that will never be crossed, because the site is about olive oil. Is there anything else that can be the problem? shokinro Posted January 30, 2017 Share Posted January 30, 2017 You can also check if you havre any setting on additional shipping cost of each products, this also affect shipping fee And check your shipping preferences to see if there is any handling fee applied.
